A reply I received from DeepDiscount today. Along with a second email containing the “prepaid postage label”.

“We apologize that you never received your prepaid label. We will send you another prepaid postage label via email. Please check your spam and junk mail for this label. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit for the return and a charge for the replacement order. You should receive your replacement order 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why didn’t they send the first “prepaid postage label” via email???!!?!!
